InovaUSP to host the event ‘From farm to fork: how sustainable agriculture enhances food quality’

On November 27, InovaUSP will receive the activity From farm to fork: how sustainable agriculture enhances food quality.

The event is the result of a partnership between Wagralim, the agri-food innovation cluster of Wallonia, Belgium, and the Food Research Center (FoRC) of USP, the first brazilian multidisciplinary research center focused on Food Science and Nutrition.

Belgium and Brazil have joined forces in several research collaborations. With their shared commitment to preserving the environment and enhancing food quality, these two nations are committed to make significant strides in addressing global challenges related to food production and consumption. Through collaborative research projects and knowledge exchange initiatives, scientists and experts from both countries are working hand in hand to develop innovative solutions that promote food security, mitigate climate change, and support the livelihoods of farmers and food producers.

The activity will take place in the InovaUSP Auditorium, 4th floor. Register at Sympla.
